Redwood Housing in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee RealPage and related enterprise applications, focusing on administration, support, optimization, and development.

You will lead system integrations, configurations, data governance, reporting, and partner with Property Management, Accounting, Asset Management to translate business needs into technical solutions; manage implementations and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RealPage administration experience in HUD/LIHTC/affordable housing environments is required.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and leading system implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and internal owner of RealPage and related modules.
• Manage system configurations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform maintenance.

Enterprise Systems Manager# Enterprise Systems ManagerRedwood Housing - Seattle, WA 98104## OverviewSalary Range$155,000.00 - $170,000.00 Salary/yearPosition TypeFull Time## Description**About this Role:** Redwood Housing is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee the administration, support, optimization, and ongoing development of our core business platforms, with primary responsibility for our RealPage environment and related enterprise applications.This role combines technical expertise, business systems administration, project leadership, and operational support. The ideal candidate understands how property management, accounting, asset management, and reporting processes interact with enterprise technology and can effectively support business teams through system improvements, implementations, and day-to-day operational needs.Reporting to the Director of Technology Services, this individual will lead enterprise application initiatives, manage platform enhancements, oversee system configurations and integrations, and serve as the highest level of internal support for enterprise systems.
