Job summary

Redwood Housing seeks an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee RealPage and related enterprise applications. You will lead configurations, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance, partnering with Property Management, Accounting, and Asset teams to ensure accurate reporting and data governance.

You will drive implementation projects, develop documentation, and provide Tier 3 support, translating business needs into practical system solutions and delivering reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct RealPage administration with HUD/LIHTC experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary RealPage administrator and internal owner.
• Lead system configurations, upgrades, integrations, and maintenance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with business teams to translate needs into configurations.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support and troubleshoot issues.
