The role emphasizes strategic collaboration with diverse teams and a focus on customer-driven requirements. The position requires a Bachelor’s in a technical field, 7+ years of experience, and DMAIC Green Belt certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Controls engineering, or Materials Science.
• 7+ years of experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or quality with significant project scope.
• Certified DMAIC Green Belt.
• Lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Kaizen, and Change Management in New Product Introductions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Product Engineering group for specific product lines through supervisor and ensure strategic intents are met.
• Clarify, understand, and document customer requirements, product specifications, industry requirements, and product applications.
• Drive rigorous root cause analysis for product integrity issues.
• Respond quickly to customer and commercial requests for rapid product changes.
