Erias Ventures seeks a Technical AI Requirements Systems Engineer to oversee planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system. You will work directly with customers, systems engineers, developers, and AI stakeholders to ensure capabilities are defined, built, tested, and delivered within an Agile framework.

This role requires hands-on requirements definition, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex needs into technical specifications and Jira-ready

Qualifications

Experience transforming detailed functional requirements into technical specs.
Ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable Jira stories for development teams.
Proven track record delivering high-quality software solutions for complex systems.

Responsibilities

Define and validate mission-critical system capabilities with stakeholders.
Collaborate with customers, system engineers, and developers throughout the lifecycle.
Perform hands-on technical execution and low-level requirements definition for AI-enabled features.
