Erias Ventures, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a Technical Requirements Systems Engineer to support TO-005 RAD and oversee the planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system. You will collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to elicit requirements and drive technical decisions.

Candidates will work with the Task Lead, Scrum Master, System Engineers, and Developers to facilitate sprint execution and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or four additional years of software engineering experience.
• Master's degree can be substituted for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint execution, functional testing, and sprint reviews/demos with the team.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the development team to manage expectations and communicate technical details.
