Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a Technical AI Requirements Systems Engineer to oversee planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system. You will work directly with customers, engineers, developers, and AI stakeholders to ensure capabilities are defined, built, tested, and delivered.

Role requires a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance; candidates cannot be sponsored for clearance. Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience required; agile delivery and Jira artifact creation

Qualifications

• Familiarity with software development using Java or JavaScript frameworks, RESTful microservices, and Cloud-based AWS.
• Ability to elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements and convert them into technical specifications
• Translate high-level requirements into Jira user stories and epics for development teams
• Experience conducting functional testing of application features
• Serving as a technical liaison, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Awareness of AI/ML advancements and applying them to enterprise apps

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, systems engineers, developers, and AI stakeholders to ensure mission-driven software capabilities are defined, built, tested, and delivered.
• Engage with development team and stakeholders and participate in Agile delivery throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform hands-on technical execution, low-level requirements definition, and validation of new features for enterprise AI-enabled systems
