Job summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Technical AI Requirements Systems Engineer to help plan, design, and implement mission-critical AI-enabled systems. You will work with customers, systems engineers, developers, and stakeholders to define capabilities and validate them end-to-end.

You will translate high-level needs into actionable Jira stories, perform functional testing, and serve as a technical liaison across cross-functional teams while staying current with AI/ML advancements to identify

Experience conducting functional testing of application features.
Serve as a technical liaison across cross-functional teams and present AI approaches to stakeholders.
Awareness of AI/ML advancements and practical enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, design, and implementation of mission-critical AI-enabled systems.
Perform hands-on technical execution and validation of new features for an enterprise AI-enabled application.
Collaborate with customers, systems engineers, developers, and domain experts throughout the development lifecycle.
