Job summary

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, an international law firm, seeks an Engineer - SIAA to join the Enterprise Systems team in Richmond, VA. You will participate in evaluating, acquiring, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise systems with a focus on intranet, integration, and automation applications.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Technicians, Database Administration, and other IT professionals to ensure system viability, performance, and security, while aligning with firm policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of job related experience required, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or other client relationship-based organization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Willingness to travel and work hours as needed to meet deadlines.
• Proven commitment to client service excellence and teamwork; high ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and administers current operating technologies to support the firm’s legal practices and business operations.
• Documents gaps between current and desired state of all Enterprise Systems; assists in acquisition, design, and development of solutions.
• Serves as technical resource for Enterprise Systems projects and operational needs.
• Supports platforms used to deliver Enterprise Systems to end users.
• Ensures Enterprise Systems comply with usability, security, and information governance.
• Acts as internal consultant to resolve Enterprise Systems issues.
• Participates in defect analysis and QA resolution.
