vTech Solution seeks a System Engineer to install, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise compute, storage, and desktop environments. The role demands expertise in Microsoft Server platforms, virtualization, cloud services, and robust operational procedures to ensure secure IT operations.

You will deliver 24x7x365 support, develop SOPs, and assist with project implementations to meet organizational goals, while working onsite Monday through Friday.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent enterprise infra experience.
• 2+ years with Windows Server 2019/2022 & AD.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SCCM/Intune, PowerShell, and backups.

Responsabilidades

• Install and manage compute, storage and desktop environments.
• Provide 24x7x365 support for hardware and software issues.
• Create and maintain SOP documentation.
• Generate reports and capacity planning metrics.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and contractors.
• Work onsite Monday through Friday.
