Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide Tier 2 support across server, network, and endpoint environments. The role covers server infrastructure management, virtualization, backups, patching, Active Directory, imaging, and hardware deployments while supporting corporate and manufacturing operations.

The position requires 5+ years in server and network administration, expertise in Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and experience with VMware, Azure, Veeam, and KACE tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of server administration experience.
• 5+ years of networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Active Directory administration.

• Failover Clustering experience.
• Azure experience.
• VMware experience.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting server and network infrastructure.

• Associate's degree and/or relevant technical training.
• Veeam backup and recovery experience.
• Endpoint management experience.
• Linux administration experience.

• Manufacturing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 on-call support for server, network, and endpoint environments.
• Manage server infrastructure, virtualization, backups, and patching.
• Administer Active Directory and system imaging.
• Assist in hardware deployments and network troubleshooting.
• Support both corporate and manufacturing operations and participate in infrastructure projects.
