Position Purpose

The Multi-Platform Engineer is responsible for enterprise-level support, standards, and best practices for identity access management (IAM) and related services, including Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityNow, Certificate Services (PKI), M365, and CyberArk.

The primary responsibilities include participating in system design, deploying customer projects and activations, deploying new technologies, and configuring systems and applications. The role requires understanding interactions across product lines and collaborating with various teams to develop and deploy technology solutions leveraging data centers and cloud resources.

Essential Functions

• Support and establish standards for IAM and related services.
• Deep knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, PowerShell, or SailPoint Beanshell.
• Knowledge of JSON, REST, API integrations, and security.
• Participate in planning, development, testing, migration, and implementation of solutions.
• Develop technical architecture and related documentation.
• Configure and manage desktop and server technologies, including cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain security configurations and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Implement continuous delivery and automated security controls.
• Manage operational tools and document operational best practices.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate problem resolution.
• Research and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate process improvements and collaborate across departments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Pay grade 16, range $103,589.24 - $170,922.24. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5-7 years of experience across multiple IT disciplines or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in technical documentation, DevOps, and ITIL.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, modern networking, and security controls.
• Strong communication, documentation, interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.
