Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Information Technology or related degree.

• 1-3 years Experience designing and maintaining business-critical systems in a manufacturing or operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for the system, including architecture decisions, enhancements, troubleshooting, and long-term maintainability.
• Gather and document requirements from operations, production, logistics, and management stakeholders and translate them into functional system designs.
• Build and maintain automated workflows.
• Design and manage relational data models to support high-volume transactional workflows and historical tracking.
• Implements system logic to enforce business rules, timestamps, status transitions, and auditability.
• Develop operational and executive-level reporting to provide visibility into the system.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and user guidance to ensure effective adoption and correct system usage.
