Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for the system, including architecture decisions, enhancements, troubleshooting, and long-term maintainability.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional designs.
• Build and maintain automated workflows.
• Design and manage relational data models to support high-volume workflows and history tracking.
• Implement system logic to enforce business rules, timestamps, status transitions, and auditability.
• Optimize system performance and reliability, including addressing scripting timeouts and data volume constraints.
• Develop operational and executive-level reporting for visibility into the system.
• Support multiple sites ensuring consistent system behavior across locations.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and user guidance for effective adoption.
