Job summary

Worky is seeking an experienced IT consultant to support full lifecycle development for diverse DSS programs. The role involves designing systems, databases, and security configurations, and coordinating with ITS teams to plan and deliver enhancements.

You will create technical specifications, develop web and database components, and maintain documentation. The position requires strong .NET, Oracle, and Agile expertise, with a focus on enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in software development and systems design.
Experience across data structures, databases, and programming.
Proven ability to create technical specifications and perform QA walkthroughs.
Exposure to mainframe, mid-range, and PC environments.
Strong Agile experience and enterprise software architecture background.
Expertise in .NET technologies, Oracle SQL, and web technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop system design specifications and documents for solutions meeting system and security requirements.
Develop databases, servers, security, and network configurations; prepare installation procedures.
Create, test, and maintain programs; design reports and audit trails.
Collaborate with ITS staff to plan implementations and feature enhancements.
Provide guidance and progress reporting using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
