Job summary

Illinois Central College is seeking a Business Analyst at the East Peoria Campus to provide day-to-day oversight, monitoring and configuration of enterprise systems for multiple departments. This role serves as the primary liaison to end users and the Enterprise Systems team, ensuring effective system usage and support.

The position emphasizes hands-on data queries, reporting, and collaboration with business process owners to align design with functional priorities.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience meeting one of: Associate’s degree with experience using and supporting administrative information systems, OR 3 years’ experience developing, enhancing and supporting administrative information systems, OR 4 years total education/experience.
• Experience using and/or supporting educational ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Banner, Workday).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and end-user reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic queries and reports to identify and resolve data, process, or system issues.
• Support end-user usage of web applications for timekeeping, finance, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
• Coordinate training requirements and communicate with end users and staff.
• Assist in designing and testing system modifications and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with department priorities and best practices.
