Job summary

Intel is seeking a capable IT/PLM analyst to help shape system scope and deliverables. You will document processes, align requirements across business lines, and support end users with training and documentation.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with Windchill PLM and related tooling, plus agile practices and testing workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop dashboards, and ensure successful deployment with SIT/UAT efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
4+ years in PLM and related data/system management.
Experience with Windchill PLM 12 and PTC product suite.
Strong customer interfacing to coordinate requirements and updates.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira or ServiceNow and end-user training.
SIT and UAT testing, deployment, and go-live support.
Experience working remotely.
