Job summary

Intel in the United States seeks a PLM Business Analyst with 4+ years in Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink and SUMA. You will collect user requirements, document processes, and coordinate training with stakeholders.

You will develop use cases, dashboards, and reports; support SIT/UAT, go-live, and ITIL/Jira or ServiceNow environments. This full-time role requires remote-work experience and offers a competitive compensation package in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA and related PTC products.
• Strong data and system management, including data imports/exports and in-app validations.
• Excellent customer interfacing to coordinate requirements and status updates.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL, and tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Experience developing and delivering end-user training.
• SIT and UAT testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system to meet business outcomes.

• Working closely with business stakeholders to develop and deliver training and maintain application documentation.
• Developing use cases, business scenarios, and/or demos; planning and coordinating testing and providing end user support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in the following:
  • Experience in use of Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA and PTC's product suite.
  • Experience with data and system management such as data imports/exports, in-app business support via validations and problem analysis of data and configurations.
  • Excellent customer interfacing to coordinate requirements, status updates, enhancements.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies, and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Experience developing and delivering end user training.
  • SIT and UAT Testing experience, deployment, and go-live support.
  • Experience working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customizations of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action‑models. Understanding of BOM Structures.
• Experience in using ProjectLink.

Certifications

• PTC Windchill Business Administration
• SCRUM Certification

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $105,300.00 - 175,210.00 USD. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
