Job summary

Intel is seeking a qualified professional to define system scope and objectives by gathering information from users and stakeholders. You will document processes, align requirements across business units, and deliver end-user training while coordinating testing and deployment support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience with Windchill PLM and related tools (PDMLink/MPMLink/SUMA).
• Experience with data management, imports/exports, in-app validations and data/configuration analysis.
• Excellent customer interfacing to coordinate requirements, status updates, enhancements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies; Jira or ServiceNow.
• Experience developing and delivering end user training; SIT/UAT testing, deployment support.
• Experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system to meet business outcomes.
• Documenting business processes and gaining alignment across business groups.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to develop and deliver training and maintain application documentation.
• Developing use cases, business scenarios, and/or demos; planning and coordinating testing and providing end user support.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in the following:
  • Experience in use of Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA and PTC's product suite.
  • Experience with data and system management such as data imports/exports, in-app business support via validations and problem analysis of data and configurations.
  • Excellent customer interfacing to coordinate requirements, status updates, enhancements.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies, and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Experience developing and delivering end user training.
  • SIT and UAT Testing experience, deployment, and go-live support.
  • Experience working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customizations of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action‑models. Understanding of BOM Structures.
• Experience in using ProjectLink.

Certifications

• PTC Windchill Business Administration
• SCRUM Certification

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $105,300.00 - 175,210.00 USD. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
