Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology, preferably applications development or configuration.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with PTC WindChill including hands-on configuration.
• Strong skills in systems analysis, problem analysis, troubleshooting, and technical error resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support applications that enable PLM business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, gaps, pain points, and objectives.
• Support production systems; analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner.
