University of Detroit Mercy seeks an Enterprise Systems Analyst to analyze, develop, test, and maintain software and interfaces that enhance the Ellucian Banner ERP system and related third-party solutions. You will define business requirements, manage data and reporting, create Oracle procedures and packages, and support the Banner system while ensuring data integrity and user satisfaction.

The Enterprise Systems Analystis responsible for the analysis, development, programming, testing, and maintenance of software and interfaces that enhance the University’s Ellucian Banner ERP system and third‑party solutions. The overall support for the ERP includes assessing complex issues, creating and maintaining reports, evaluating business processes and rules, and providing technical assistance to the user community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education – A college degree or four to eight years of work experience in a related field.
Employment - Two years to five years (Equivalent combination of education and employment).

Physical Requirements
Job may require lifting light weight objects (1 to 10 pounds) with no repetitive bending or stooping. Occasionally lift average weight objects (1 to 10 pounds).

$65K to $75K Annually

Position is primarily on the McNichols campus with partial work‑from‑home opportunities. Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
