Job summary

The Momba Group is seeking an Enterprise Business Systems Administrator to lead administration, optimization, training, and adoption of core business systems and emerging technologies at the Greater Elkhorn, WI area onsite.

The role interfaces between operations, finance, leadership, and technology, driving data accuracy, system performance, and strategic IT initiatives while expanding AI-enabled workflows and cross-functional integrations.

Job description

The Momba Group is helping a growing organization find an Enterprise Business Systems Administrator. You will lead the administration, optimization, training, and adoption of critical business systems and emerging technologies.

Location: Greater Elkhorn, WI area (Onsite)

This role will serve as the bridge between business operations, finance, leadership, and technology teams, ensuring that enterprise applications deliver measurable value and support continued organizational growth. The ideal candidate combines strong systems administration capabilities with training, process improvement, workflow automation, and technology strategy experience.

• Serve as the primary administrator for core business applications.
• Manage user access, permissions, workflows, configurations, and system governance.
• Support future enterprise software implementations and upgrades.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and overall system performance.
• Coordinate testing, enhancements, and deployment activities.

Training & User Adoption

• Develop onboarding and ongoing user training programs.
• Create SOPs, training documentation, video content, and knowledge resources.
• Drive user adoption and system utilization across the organization.
• Deliver training to employees, managers, and leadership teams.
• Partner with department leaders to improve accountability and technology usage.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Develop and support automation initiatives.
• Establish best practices for technology usage and governance.
• Improve documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational consistency.

AI & Digital Transformation

• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and business processes.
• Support organizational AI adoption and governance efforts.
• Participate in strategic technology modernization initiatives.

Systems Integration & Reporting

• Support integrations between enterprise applications and productivity platforms.
• Work with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Assist with dashboards, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Support cross-functional technology projects.

Required

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise software, ERP, CRM, or business systems.
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Experience with field service management platforms, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications.
• Power Platform, Power BI, or workflow automation experience.
• API and systems integration knowledge.
• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-site or rapidly growing organizations.
