Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required or considered with experience.
• Microsoft Systems expertise or equivalent experience supporting Microsoft systems.
• Strong organizational, project planning and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude for computer equipment, networks, servers, and user devices.
• Ability to develop and present demonstration material to groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support, and manage enterprise servers, systems, and managed services.
• Provide technical support, training and troubleshooting for Bucks IU staff.
• Support computers, servers, systems, and managed services for Bucks IU and districts.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support; offer 24/7/365 on‑call support as needed.
