Bucks County Intermediate Unit is seeking an Administrative Support professional to design, implement, support, and manage enterprise servers, systems, and managed services for Bucks IU and its districts.
The role emphasizes on‑site work, with on‑call support as needed, and requires an associate degree or equivalent along with strong Windows and networking skills. Training and collaboration with vendors are key components of the position.
This position is designated as Support; Level 15 with a salary range starting at $70,801. Salary can increase based upon education and relevant work experience. It is primarily an in-person position.
Job Summary: Design, implement, support, and manage enterprise servers, systems, and managed services. Provide technical support, training and troubleshooting for IU staff; support computers, servers, systems, and managed services for Bucks IU and its constituent districts.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands. The employee is frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee may be required to stand for long periods, and to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full‑time, 260‑day calendar position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours are dependent on the needs of the IU and districts. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Director of Operations will coordinate 24/7 coverage schedules, as required during times of emergency situations and/or severe weather.
Occasional Travel; 25% of the time.
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
Citizenship or work authorization to work in the United States required.
