Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or related engineering field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering
• Effective cross‑organizational communicator with ability to work in a small team
• Ability to develop requirements
• Ability to develop test procedures that verify requirements
• Ability to develop tracing between requirements, code, and verification
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Willingness to submit for a Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams
• Perform requirements management including creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, and compliance matrices
• Develop test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell-off events
• Decompose system requirements and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to generate scalable solutions
• Support the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities
• Participate in program milestones events with customers and government testing
• Conduct testing events of software solutions and generate test result documentation
• Support operations of software with tasks such as enterprise test events and user onboarding
