Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops technical solutions for software, hardware, configurations, and architecture.
• Provides interpretation to systems matters that are moderately complex.
• Troubleshoots highly complex hardware and software issues.
• Trains end users on proper use of hardware and software, including large groups.
• Performs advanced software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered packages.
• Monitors and tunes systems for optimum performance.
