McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to maintain IT infrastructure across offices. You will manage servers, cloud services, AD/Entra identity, and endpoint management while deploying complex applications including Autodesk AEC software.

You will monitor security and performance, perform upgrades, and provide escalation support with clear communication. Travel to other offices is required periodically.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise software across multiple offices, including packaging, deployment automation, testing, troubleshooting, security, and compliance.
• Three or more years of systems administration experience (server, identity, endpoint, infrastructure).
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint management solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles, networking, hardware, software, security, backup, and recovery concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate technical info to diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in systems administration, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, or endpoint management.

• Administer and maintain servers, cloud services, virtualization platforms, storage, backups, and core IT systems.
• Develop, package, and deploy complex applications including Autodesk AEC suite.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, user access controls, and related identity services.
• Support endpoint management, patching, OS configuration, device compliance, and lifecycle processes.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues.
• Provide escalation support and root-cause analysis for complex technical problems.
• Guide help desk staff and contribute expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and application support.
• Travel to other office locations as needed.
