Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business management or strategic planning within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and present to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate across Investment Groups, Operations, and Strategy to align priorities.
- Lead annual planning and enterprise-wide budget processes.
- Prepare materials and updates for COO Forums and senior leadership.
- Provide transparency on priorities, dependencies, and risks.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
