This role partners with Investment Group COOs and Operational Strategy to connect priorities with execution, manage enterprise-wide priorities, and support leadership with structured reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced degree a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and building alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Investment Groups, Investment Technology, Business Operations, and Operational Strategy leadership.
• Aggregate resource demand, capacity, dependencies, and priorities for enterprise-wide budgeting and planning.
• Prepare materials and updates for senior leadership forums and executive meetings.
• Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement across investment and business operations teams.
