Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise strategic planning efforts and translate priorities into initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to refine strategies and operating plans.
- Develop and maintain the strategic planning framework and governance.
- Create and manage reporting, dashboards, and performance frameworks.
- Drive alignment across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Improve planning processes, governance, and value tracking.
- Lead enterprise planning forums to support decision-making.
