You will align market needs with solution teams, craft compelling value propositions, and influence multi-disciplinary stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will work in a staff-level role within a global employee-owned consulting organization, shaping future growth and client outcomes with expertise in grid modernization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in infrastructure advisory, consulting, or related field.
Proven leadership in multiple engagements and strategic account management.
Experience articulating new solutions and taking them to market.

Responsibilities

Lead integration strategy to align offerings with client needs in transmission and generation.
Develop and articulate value propositions for integrated solutions.
Collaborate with Sales and Solution teams to drive market growth.
Provide executive-level workshops, briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
Partner with Enterprise Innovation to target investments and growth areas.
Coach teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
