ADP is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to shape ADP's enterprise priorities and lead strategic planning with senior leaders across the organization. You will evaluate growth opportunities, build business cases, and drive high-impact initiatives from analysis through execution.

The role demands strong problem-solving, executive communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while building cross-functional alignment. This is a highly visible, strategic leadership position at ADP.

Competenze

• 5+ years of strategy experience with 3+ years in top-tier consulting or enterprise strategy.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end workstreams and presenting to executives.
• Experience shaping enterprise strategic agendas and annual planning processes.
