Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic planning or related business/healthcare work.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience (external or internal).
• Preferred 6 years in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry.
• Experience influencing change in complex organizational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise and portfolio of projects.
• Participate in development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units.
• Support identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to initiatives.
• Support alignment of initiative impacts with the overall strategy.
• Help develop standard analytics and processes for strategic initiatives.
• Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
