UKG is seeking a Principal, Strategic Initiative Management to lead the operationalization and execution of high-priority company-level initiatives, translating priorities into executable plans and ensuring accountable delivery across UKG.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in enterprise transformation, enterprise strategy, or strategic finance within a technology/SaaS organization.
• Experience establishing enterprise governance, KPI frameworks, and portfolio reporting.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, operating model, or technology initiatives in a SaaS or globally distributed company.
• Advanced degree in strategy, business, finance, analytics, or related field; MBA preferred; consulting background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise framework for operationalizing and managing company-level strategic initiatives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, manage interdependencies and risks, and escalate blockers to maintain momentum.
• Establish strategic initiative dashboards, value realization measures, and operating reviews for transparent progress.
• Create executive-ready updates detailing progress, insights, risks, decisions required, and implications for the portfolio.
• Facilitate leadership sessions that convert divergent perspectives into aligned decisions and clear next steps.
• Capture lessons learned and transition plans to embed completed initiatives into ongoing ownership and rhythms.
