Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal, Strategic Initiative Management to lead the execution of high-priority company initiatives. You will translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans, accelerate decisions, and ensure accountable delivery across UKG.

You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, establish dashboards, and present executive updates. This role requires structured problem solving, analytical rigor, and strong leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience leading enterprise strategy or transformation initiatives
• Experience establishing enterprise governance and KPI frameworks
• Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS/tech environment
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into executable plans
• Proven track record presenting executive-ready initiative updates
• Ability to influence without direct authority across teams
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise framework for strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration on operating plans and interdependencies
• Establish dashboards and value realization measures for initiatives
• Create concise executive-ready progress updates and risk insights
