Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cross-functional enterprise initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead operationalization of high-priority company initiatives and ensure value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans, manage interdependencies, and escalate blockers.
• Establish dashboards, measure value realization, and manage executive reviews.
• Create concise executive updates on progress, risks, and actions.
• Run working sessions and leadership forums to align decisions and commitments.
• Capture lessons learned and ensure completed initiatives are embedded into the operating rhythm.
