Job summary

The State of California is seeking an Information Technology Specialist I to provide technical and administrative services for enterprise storage, backup, SAN and cloud deployments. You will work independently on large, complex projects, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting infrastructure for DOJ storage and related systems.

You will collaborate with DOJ teams to implement storage, backup, and SAN solutions, support cloud tenant setups, and document processes and ad hoc

Qualifications

• Experience with engineering and support of storage, backup, and SAN infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze product specs and requirements for enterprise storage deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud tenant management and disaster recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative services for enterprise storage, backup, SAN, and cloud implementations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot storage and SAN infrastructure.
• Support Cloud Infrastructure Support Team (CIST) for cloud tenants and storage needs.
• Collaborate with DOJ teams to implement storage and DR solutions and recovery plans.
