We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist II (ITS II) to lead the design, deployment, and support of complex enterprise IT systems supporting critical 24x7 operations. This role serves as a technical lead and subject matter expert focused on cloud technologies, system reliability, security, DevOps practices, and enterprise application support.

The ITS II will collaborate across teams to architect and maintain scalable IT solutions, optimize system and database performance, mentor technical staff, and support vendor and contract management activities, including procurement, Statements of Work (SOW), and compliance with state policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and software system initiatives
