We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to support UX design strategy, research, ideation, and asset creation to streamline customer journeys across multiple major lines of business.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Individually perform various design-related functions of a UX department embedded within the operations center to enable digital transformation and drive digital adoption.
- Faithfully communicate, represent, and carry out the design direction of enterprise UX leadership to ensure design meets enterprise standards in the end-to-end customer journey.
- Coordinate with onsite engineering and business stakeholders to perform design discovery, ideation, and asset creation necessary to propel continuous improvement sprint-to-sprint.
- Represent the UX practice, its ideals, standards, and methods, as an advocate, leading contributor, and collaborator to numerous stakeholders.
- Engage and lead colleagues in research, co-creation, knowledge sharing, and critique to help maintain the integrity of the Ally design system, while continually aligning to best practices, industry standards and emerging digital trends.
Required skills:
- 5+ years designing digital user experiences with a preferred 3+ years of experience in transactional user interface design.
- UX design mastery of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Online portfolio with detailed narrative outlining approach and scope of involvement.
- Proficiency in Figma, or other industry standard design authoring tools.
- Rudimentary knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks or component libraries.
- Familiarity working with design systems; design ops experience is a significant advantage.
- Ability to balance routine and continuous throughput for tactical initiatives with long-term strategic engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, related field, or equivalent industry training / experience.
