Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and storage technology.
• Experience programming in C and Python.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools and large language models.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI‑enhanced tools to improve engineering workflows.
• Support product qualification and deployment activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist with firmware release processes and firmware management.
• Support failure analysis for returned products during manufacturing and deployments.
• Investigate customer reported issues and drive technical problems to resolution.
• Analyze system-level behavior and identify process improvements.
• Create and present technical findings and project updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to improve productivity in engineering processes.
