Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and returning to school after the internship.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming acquired through coursework, projects, internships, or research.
• Fundamental understanding of embedded systems and firmware development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and large language models for coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with firmware engineers to develop, test, and enhance SSD firmware features.
• Debug and resolve firmware issues to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement test plans to validate firmware functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and document firmware features for stakeholders.
