Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Technical Support Professional to provide expert software and technical support for enterprise client-server and web-based applications connected to Microsoft SQL Server. You will resolve complex issues, support software deployment, and build strong customer relationships within the Customer Success organization.

Based at the Costa Mesa, CA location on a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate across Support, Sustaining Engineering, and other teams to ensure customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in technical support or similar role.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, relational databases, SQL Server, and support tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails for technical support with clear updates.
• Analyze incidents focusing on root cause, prevention, and documentation.
• Guide customers in effective use of software, manuals, and docs.
• Design and execute SQL scripts and utilities to investigate issues.
• Use case management tools to track cases and communications.
• Coordinate escalations with internal and external resources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose defects and resolve issues.
• Set up lab environments to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Install enterprise software in SQL Server environments and support deployments.
