Job summary

Zip is seeking an experienced Senior Onboarding Lead to guide enterprise customers through end-to-end implementation, capture requirements, and configure the product to solve their specific challenges. You will own multi-customer onboarding programs, build out customer processes from scratch, and drive fast time-to-value.

Working closely with product and engineering, you will train stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure a seamless handoff to post-sale teams while continually improving

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience as Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer relationships in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide (global) P2P or ERP implementations.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and proactive.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Able to push back while keeping customers happy.
• Comfortable with software configuration (not strictly technical).
• Willing to do whatever it takes to make Zip and customers happy.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers, focusing on requirements gathering and configuring the product to solve their problems.
• Own end-to-end onboarding implementation for new customers; build out their processes from scratch.
• Lead training and Q&A sessions with stakeholders to enable self-sufficiency.
• Proactive project management across multiple onboardings; manage requirements and tasks.
• Delegate and oversee project-related activities to supporting consultants.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to determine feasible requests and set customer expectations.
• Ensure customer happiness and speedy onboarding while continuously improving post-sales processes.
