Job summary

Matter Labs is seeking a solutions engineer to partner with our institutional sales team. You will turn customer requirements into Prividium architectures and drive technical discovery, design, and proofs of concept.

You will lead evaluations, respond to security and due-diligence reviews, and craft deployment plans. This hands-on presales role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, financial markets, and zero-knowledge infrastructure.

Qualifications

7+ years in solutions engineering or related roles.
Experience with banks or regulated institutions.
Deep grounding in APIs, distributed systems, cloud and on-premise deployment.
Leading complex evaluations or proofs of concept.
Explaining complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences.
Aligning sales, product, engineering, security, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery: map customer architecture, data privacy, identity, interoperability, and compliance.
Design solutions: translate workflows into target Prividium architectures and deployment models.
Deliver demos and workshops for engineering teams to senior leaders.
Run evaluations: scope PoCs, coordinate specialists, keep pilots aligned to decisions.
Own technical diligence: respond to RFPs/RFIs and security reviews with cross‑team support.
Prepare implementation: produce solution docs with assumptions and acceptance criteria.
Feed the roadmap: capture customer evidence for Product and Engineering.
