Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Revenue organization in a hybrid role across NYC, Atlanta, or San Francisco. You will be the primary technical expert guiding enterprise merchants from evaluation to launch, blending pre-sales with implementation.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to design tailored solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and drive successful deployments while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in payments industry or equivalent.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• 2+ years in roles such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management.
• Experience with REST/JSON APIs and Postman.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements with enterprise merchants.
• Design technical solutions and tailor offerings.
• Deliver product demos and API walk-throughs.
• Own end-to-end technical lifecycle from evaluation to launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity.
