Job summary

Superblocks is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer in San Francisco to own the technical onboarding and success of enterprise customers. You will partner with platform administrators and application builders to deploy Superblocks and build production applications, solving complex challenges and accelerating customer outcomes.

You will contribute to onboarding, technical enablement, internal tooling, documentation, and product feedback, working closely with Sales, CS, PM, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or equivalent technical experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly
• Experience building software projects using modern programming languages and APIs
• Excellent communication skills and an interest in working directly with customers
• High ownership, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Own the technical onboarding and success for a set of enterprise customers
• Guide customers on best practices and solution architecture and deploy in enterprise environments
• Solve technical challenges across integrations, authentication, cloud infrastructure
• Collect product feedback and work with Product Management to evolve the platform
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes in production
• Build and maintain internal applications to improve our own operations, and create technical documentation
