Job summary

Blockstream is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customer engineering teams, embedding on-site to deploy and tailor Blockstream products for production use. You will prototype AI-assisted solutions, support technical pre-sales, and own end-to-end delivery from kickoff through post-launch support.

The role requires collaborating with enterprise clients, building scalable integrations, and contributing to implementation playbooks and best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience in forwarding deployments or enterprise software delivery.
• Proficiency in Python, Go or Rust to build integrations and tooling.
• Experience deploying enterprise software in complex customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from kickoff to production deployment and post-launch support.
• Configure, deploy, and optimize Blockstream products based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.
• Provide admin and end-user enablement sessions to ensure successful adoption.
• Develop deployment assets, playbooks, and technical documentation.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
