Job summary

Parloa in the United States seeks a Lead Solutions Engineer to drive revenue by owning the full technical sales process, from first demo to signed enterprise deals. You’ll be the technical voice shaping adoption of agentic AI and influencing product direction.

You’ll co-own accounts with sales, build tailored demos across voice and chat, and design scalable architectures while addressing security and compliance with enterprise teams. 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years as a Solutions Engineer in a SaaS or similar environment.
• Deep enterprise sales process knowledge, MEDDPICC framework preferred.
• Strong experience with CCaaS/UCaaS, VoIP, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical stages of deals, co-owning accounts with sales in your territory.
• Deliver tailored demos and PoV across voice and chat with enterprise stakeholders.
• Design scalable architectures, address data security and compliance needs.
• Gather customer feedback for product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Improve internal processes and represent Parloa at on-sites and events (20-30% travel).
