Job summary

Varick is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge our platform with client realities. You’ll sit with the forward-deployed team, own the technical side of deploying an agent inside a client's environment, and ensure what we scope is what ships and runs.

You’ll own deployments end-to-end—from integrations and environment setup to data plumbing and security reviews—debugging across the stack and feeding patterns back into the platform for smoother future deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering, forward-deployed, or full-stack roles with client exposure.
• Strong technical range: you can integrate systems, debug across the stack, and reason about enterprise infra.
• Client presence: you can be in the room with a client's technical team and hold credibility.
• Comfort with ambiguity and environments you don't fully control.
• Ownership: you're accountable for the deployment working, not just your part.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation of deployments: integrations, environment setup, and getting agents running inside a client's systems
• Partner with strategists in client conversations, translating technical constraints and possibilities in real time
• Handle the enterprise realities: security reviews, environment access, data plumbing, and the edge cases every large company has
• Debug across the stack when a deployment hits something the demo never did
• Feed recurring implementation patterns back into the platform so the next deployment is smoother

About Varick. Varick builds AI agents that take over real operational workflows inside the world's largest enterprises. Our forward-deployed engineers and strategists embed with client teams, map how work actually runs, then our engineers build the agents into production. The Role. You're the technical bridge between our platform and the client's reality. You sit with the forward-deployed team in the room, own the technical side of getting an agent deployed inside a client's environment, and make sure what we promise in scoping is what actually ships and runs.

Nice to Have.

• Enterprise ERP and CRM integration experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday)
• LLM and agent production experience
• Background at an enterprise software company in a deployment or SE role
