Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: translate business strategy into end-to-end solution concepts and delivery approaches.
• Experience translating strategy into executable solutions and delivery alignment.
• Strong understanding of Sales processes and enabling technologies.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through scoping and execution.
• Proven ability to present to executive leadership and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership, process owners, and SMEs to understand goals and outcomes.
• Serve as primary liaison between Sales and IT and shape ideas into clear concepts.
• Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops to define scope and MVPs.
• Define scope, sequencing, and workstreams for cross-functional initiatives.
• Align teams on solution direction and governance, ensuring delivery clarity.
