Qualifications

• Five years of information systems experience in business systems analysis and support of enterprise applications or data collection systems.
• Associate degree plus three years of experience in business systems analysis and support of enterprise applications or data collection systems
• Bachelor's degree plus one year of information systems experience in business systems analysis and support of enterprise applications or data collection systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with program staff and technical teams to support enterprise applications and data collections by analysing business needs, coordinating enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and improving business processes.
• Coordinate solution-related activities including requirements analysis, testing, implementation support, documentation, issue resolution, and communication with stakeholders.
• Analyse data, processes, and system performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Support ongoing operation of agency solutions through collaboration with program staff, vendors, developers, and project teams.
